Refund policy

At Santa Banta every piece is hand-picked, and we want you to love what you receive. We don't offer refunds, but you can exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange conditions

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be new and unworn, in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and tags.
• Exchanges only — we don't offer cash refunds.

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs for an exchange are paid by the customer.
• If the item arrives defective, or you received a different item from the one you ordered, we cover all shipping costs.

How to request an exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp at 01067179792 with your order number.
2. Tell us the size, color or product you'd like instead. For a defect, send us a photo showing the issue.
3. We'll arrange the pickup and the delivery of your new item. Any price difference is arranged with you on WhatsApp.
