Santa Banta is an online store for imported women's shoes and bags, based in El Mahalla El Kubra, Gharbia, Egypt.

2. Products

We do our best to show every product accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

3. Prices

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and may change at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or we can't confirm the order details. If an order you paid for online is cancelled, the amount is returned to your original payment method.

5. Payment

You can pay cash on delivery or online at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

6. Shipping and exchanges

Delivery follows our shipping policy, and exchanges follow our exchange policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photos, text and the Santa Banta name and logo, belongs to Santa Banta and may not be used without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or by circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
